Meet Phil Warren, AKA, Dr. Phil

Phil Warren is an amazing gardener in Youngstown. In this video he shows us how to grow tomatoes in a small container. I couldn't believe how many seedlings sprouted in little container. We had enough to share seedlings with several neighbors.
